1. Rate quoted includes the vehicle, chauffeur, petrol, ERP and car park charges only.
2. Rate quoted is for traveling in Singapore only.
3. Rate quoted will be subjected to the prevailing GST rate.
4. Rate quoted does not include the entry to Sentosa Island. Any entrance fees/admission fees will be borne by the client.
5. Minimum usage for disposal will be 08 hours per day.
6. For arrival/departure/transfer request, it is limited to one pickup location and one drop-off point only. Additional stop request can be accommodated but is limited to one-stop only and is charged as additional one-way transfer.
7. For arrival pickup, the maximum waiting time is 60 minutes only from flight landed time. After which, any extension of time will be charged as disposal service of minimum 03hrs usage.
8. For departure/transfer request, the allowable waiting time is 30 minutes only from the requested pick up time. After which, driver will be dismissed and service will be charged as No Show.
9. For disposal/transfer from 2300hrs to 0700hrs, a midnight surcharge of S$15.00 per hour/transfer is applicable for all vehicle types.
10. 100% of the intended charge will be applied to any changes or cancellations made after confirmation.
11. All vehicles will be subjected to availability at the point of reservation.
